Orders for NFC cards can be canceled within 24 hours of placement by contacting our support team at support@nextagcards.com.After 24 hours, cancellations will not be entertained due to the customization process.Refund Policy

• Refunds are applicable only for:
• Damaged products during shipment.
• Non-functional NFC cards or technical defects.
• Refund requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
• Refunds are not applicable for subscription plans or digital card services.

Return Process

• Returns are accepted for defective products only.
• Contact us with proof of the defect for replacement or refund.
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after verification.
